Maintenance Technician
The maintenance technician is responsible for maintaining and nurturing the property to ensure that it meets the established standards and any applicable laws. Maintenance works directly with the Property Manager to turn vacated apartments, efficiently complete work orders, and attend to common areas/grounds.
Qualifications/Responsibilities
- Has a great attitude
- Attention to detail
- Takes pride in the community
- Repairs and treats structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls, and building exteriors
- Prepares units for new move-ins
- Has a working knowledge of HVAC systems and maintains, repairs, and replaces them as needed
- Can be periodically responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance
- Schedules and completes the preventative maintenance
- Completes grounds work such as grounds pick-up, sweeping, and light landscaping
- Coordinates special projects as directed
