Resident Manager

This position is responsible for maintaining the property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, maintaining and securing premises.
You will be explaining advantages of location and services as well as showing units.
Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents.
Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints. Must have strong sales experience and customer service, excellent organization skills, verbal communication skills and computer skills. Strong work ethic is a must and a willingness to learn. To work with our team you must have a great attitude and a sense of humor. Must take pride in the property you manage and walk the property often.

Maintenance Technician

This position is responsible for providing day-to-day maintenance. This work is done to ensure that it meets the company’s established standards and any applicable laws. Maintenance works directly with the Property Manager and other onsite maintenance to insure that all vacated apartments are made “rent-ready” and work orders are completed as quickly as possible and that all common area repairs (such as touch-up painting and fixture replacement, etc.) are identified and fixed quickly. Cleaning and grounds work are also included in the duties.

  • Ability to repair and treat structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors

  • Make ready units for new move‐ins

  • Have a working knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems

  • Responsible for 24 hour emergency maintenance

  • Schedule and complete preventative maintenance program

  • Complete grounds work such as: grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping

  • Coordinate special projects as directed

The concierge is responsible for being the first line of customer service at the property.  The concierge will assist in leasing, events, scheduling, answering phones, assisting residents, and providing info about events around the cities. 



  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multitask

  • Basic office software skills

  • The ability to quickly retrieve packages and in a friendly manner

  • Self motivated and eager to learn
